Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including food preparation, customer service, and cleaning.
2. Ensure all food and beverages are prepared and served to a high standard.
3. Train, supervise, and manage cafe staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
4. Handle customer queries and complaints, always aiming for high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as necessary.
6. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
7. Assist in developing menus and special promotions.
8. Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records.

Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a café, restaurant, bar, or similar food/drink service environment.

2. Food Hygiene Qualification required. Premises Licence desirable or willing to work towards.
3. Excellent knowledge of food preparation and service.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to food service.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
