We're currently looking for a Facilities Team Leader to join our Technical Services team at Britain’s wildest adventure

**About the Role**

Heading up the team, you will be responsible for maintaining facilities and equipment within the Resort, you’ll bring your skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver the best possible experiences for our guests.

Health & Safety is always our number 1 priority as we deliver high standards of safety and efficiency, particularly when responding to breakdown calls and undertaking corrective works. Ensuring the team work safely to risk assessments being proactive in minimising downtime of facilities and equipment is your focus.

Cost control forms part of this role as you will be responsible for ordering materials, spares, and parts as well as on site contractor control and project work.

**What we’re looking for**
- Solid experience in facilities and preferably will have completed a trade-based apprenticeship or be qualified to HNC/BTEC level or equivalent, in a building trades/services discipline.
- Smartly presented and comfortable working in a customer facing environment.
- A good working knowledge of related health, safety and legislation relating to facilities management is essential.
