**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our global Talent Acquisition function, supporting the Group Head of Talent Acquisition and wider operational business with the direct sourcing and selection of talent across the wider Dechra organisation, witha specific focus on vacancies with our Head Office and Commercial divisions. Based at our HQ in Northwich, Cheshire, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will also provide support on global HR & Talent Acquisition projects where necessary.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Source high quality talent across a range of Dechra vacancies across our Group and DVP divisions and wider global organisation
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders across the organisation, offering talent advice and guidance where appropriate
- Promote and advocate the use of the Talent Acquisition function within the Group and DVP divisions
- Assist with the creation of job descriptions and adverts to support the direct sourcing strategy
- Support with the implementation of the Dechra employer brand and EVP
- Manage interview arrangements and general talent acquisition administration
- Work with external stakeholders e.g. universities and colleges to promote early careers at Dechra
- Work on a number of roles simultaneously and meet time to hire expectations
- Assist the Group Head of Talent Acquisition with the day to day administration of the global ATS system including user account management, new user training and integrations
- Maintain databases, reports and records as agreed with the Group Head of Talent Acquisition
- Liaise with external agency suppliers where necessary and manage external recruitment processes on behalf of the hiring manager
- Previous experience of recruiting for talent across business support functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Commercial)
- Experience of leading end to end recruitment campaigns
- Previous experience of business partnering with senior level stakeholders
- Experience working with and administering a global ATS system (TribePad preferred)
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing platforms
- Experienced recruiting within multiple global geographies is desirable
