Kite Secretary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and elf motivated secretary to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Intensive community team known as the KITE team at the North Wales adolescence service, Children & Young People’s Services of the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
To communicate and liaise with individuals and groups across the Health Board and individuals and groups from external organisations dealing with sensitive or contentious information.
The post holder will be a key member of the administration team providing accurate and confidential administration service to the KITE team and administration team at NWAS. The post holder will support the clinical team with processing of referrals, diary management, taking minutes, booking appointments on WPAS, collecting data and searching for out of area beds.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
