Studio Traffic Coordinator

We’re on the lookout for a Studio Traffic Manager who seamlessly blends stellar organisational skills with an affinity for problem solving.

You’ll be the linchpin between our creative development studio and client services team, managing resources across the agency and maintaining high standards of operational processes. You’ll balance projects and retainers spanning print, digital and videography and react quickly based on the needs of our diverse, exciting client base.

**The role**:

- Collaborate with the Projects & Operations Lead in providing a central point of information and transparency for projects and retainers across Nzime.
- Ensure projects smoothly navigate through the agency with a strategic touch to resource management.
- Provide insights on resource requirements and collaborate with the Client Services team in project planning.
- Own resource scheduling across the team, skillfully allocating resources as required.
- Assign projects to the appropriate team members, meticulously tracking progress, identifying and proactively resolving any hiccups to keep project timelines intact.
- Showcase your knack for problem-solving by understanding priorities, reorganising effectively, and resolving planning conflicts.
- Facilitate regular internal meetings to maintain a pulse on project and team progress.
- Lead the tracking process across our project management software, and assist in forecasting, capacity planning, and the scalability of studio team resources.
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of timings to optimise budgets and resource utilisation consistently.

**You**:

- Have a background in traffic or resource management within an agency or in-house creative team environment. Whether you're an established Traffic/Resource/Studio Manager or an Account/Project Manager actively involved in shepherding work through a studio team, your experience is invaluable.
- Boast exceptional organisational skills, embodying a team player with a solutions-focused mindset.
- Have a proactive and hands-on approach, communicating confidently with different teams whilst influencing and connecting effortlessly with diverse personalities.
- Thrives as an excellent problem solver, navigating at a fast pace and using initiative to effectively manage priorities and deadlines.
- Leads the charge in implementing operational improvements, and embraces a natural, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
