Hard Landscaper Foreman

Grassroots Landscapes would like to hear from experienced hard landscapers who have previously worked in a foreman capacity. We are looking to recruit somebody who embraces landscaping and able to meet the high standards our clients expect and work well within our existing team and able to follow their own initiative.

Our work covers hard and soft landscaping for both domestic and commercial clients in and around the Wokingham area.

Responsibilities will include:

- Management of the team
- Setting out from clients specifications and drawings
- Ensuring work is completed on time and to specification
- Ordering materials
- Company health and safety standards are met
- Ability to liaise with clients and other trades

**Skills**:

- Laying all types of paving
- Block paving
- Brickwork
- Fencing
- Decking
- Turfing and planting
- Confident in the use of all associated power tools
- Digger license
- Full driving license (essential)
- Punctual and trustworthyThis is a full time position with 28 days holiday a year and company pension.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
