Reporting into the payroll manager the successful payroll clerk will have the following duties:
- Processing payroll
- Managing payroll queries
- Pensions
- ensuring accurate data is entered
- Timesheets - electronically
- Processing - SSP/SMP/SPP/P45/P60
- Supporting the manager with reporting
- Updating records/attachment of earnings
- Additional ad hoc finance duties
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful payroll clerk will have:
- Proven track record in role
- Experience of end to end payroll
- Experience of ADP and SAP - essential
- Fast paced environment experience
- Excellent communicator
- Attention to detail
- Organised
