CNC Router/programmer/setter/operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and write CNC programs for 2 flat bed CNC router machines using ArtCam software.
- Track stock and order sheet materials as necessary.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance and skim-bed as required. Replace MDF sacrificial bed periodically when required.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
- Clean up finished parts and parcel ready for dispatch.
- Assemble machined parts to create finished products.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for drawing parts and programming CNC machines
- Must have Knowledge of operating three axis CNC router machines
- Familiarity with hand tools, tooling, and basic math skills
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Be able to read and understand CAD drawings.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am to 2pm

**Salary**: £15.00-£21.00 per hour
