Disrepair Surveyor

**Calling all Disrepair Surveyors Here at Moxie, we have the opportunity for you to join one of the largest Social Housing organisations in South Wales.**

We are looking for an experienced Disrepair Surveyor to help manage all disrepair claims and reduce the number of cases for a large stock of properties.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full process of a disrepair claim from the start including providing expert witness statements and preparing specifications for remedial works.
- Reduce the number of disrepair claims and any costs associated.
- Provide advice about reducing mould and damp to tenants and the association
- Undertake surveys of vacant and occupied properties to identify defects leading to mould and disrepair.

**Disrepair Surveyor Requirements**
- Previous experience with project-based building, with good building pathology knowledge
- Knowledge of all up-to-date legislation, including Fit for Human Habitation
- Budget management experience will be beneficial
- Proven problem-solving skills
- INDP_
