This role is based on a self employed basis, so must have UTR. Also CSCS card is needed, and driving licience with own transport is prefered. Dumper tickets are also a advantage.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Groundworker to join our team. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction and maintenance of outdoor spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscaping features
- Prepare and level ground for construction projects
- Operate and maintain equipment
- Perform manual labor tasks, including digging trenches, laying pipes, and pouring concrete
- Assist with the construction of pathways, driveways, and other outdoor structures
- Ensure worksite safety by following established protocols and wearing appropriate protective gear
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in landscaping or construction is preferred
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and power tools
- Familiarity with basic construction techniques and materials is beneficial
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Construction: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
