**Who are you?**
- Able and willing to learn and develop.
- Possessing a strong work ethic.
- Ideally qualified in horticulture with 2 years experience.
- Good people management skills.
- Adaptable to different working methods and using different equipment.
- Good IT knowledge.
- Have a full, clean driving licence and be able to tow.
- PA1 & PA6 qualifications are desirable.
- Reliable and able to work on their own initiative.

- Taking responsibility for the works on site, including productivity, timekeeping, and dealing with members of the public.
- Contributing to a good team culture, bringing an enthusiastic and can do attitude.
- Leading by example, motivating and guiding the team and maintaining workforce discipline.
- Operating and ensuring others operate company and hire vehicles, machinery and equipment with care and that daily checks and routine servicing are carried and properly recorded.
- To undertake other duties as may be reasonably required by the Contracts Manager or Supervisor.
