**JOB TITLE**: Business Development Manager

**LOCATION**: Eastbourne

**SALARY**: £30,000 (£35k-40k OTE first year)

**WAY OF WORKING**: Full time | Permanent | On Site

**THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY**:

- In this role, you will take ownership of the entire process, developing all sales opportunities from inception through to close.
- Qualify leads as sales opportunities from specific & targeted marketing campaigns across our service & solution packages
- Liaise between marketing and the sales team.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report to our Sales Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

**YOUR KEY SKILLS**:

- Proven work experience as a Business Development/Sales Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
