Chair in Robotics

This an exceptional opportunity to join our Department of Computer Science as a Chair in Robotics. The Department is part of School of School of Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Computer Science (EEECS), along with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics. We are making a significant investment in our robotics group, building on our established and growing reputation in Computer Science. Part of the Robotics and Autonomous System group, we are seeking an established research leader to enhance capacity and provide leadership and support to our talented group of researchers.

You will have an international reputation as a computer scientist in the broad field of robotics, with a proven track record of attracting significant grant income. The Chair will play a crucial role in the future development and research agenda of the Department, working with the Head of Department and our talented group of researchers to scale up our research profile and quality in this area.
