**Payroll and Finance Administrator - Permanent**:
Payroll and Finance Administrator (Permanent) required for an established electrical contractor based in South East London.
The Role
The core duties will focus around payroll as well some administration duties, including phone answering.
Key responsibilities:
Processing Weekly Payroll and Weekly Expenses
Monthly Payroll
Monthly Expenses
Import Expenses (monthly) for Home Allowances
Timesheet vs People HR updates (Sick/Annual leave)
Monthly apprentice journal
New starters onboarding (Sage, Netsuite, Vitality, YuLife, Denplan, Pension provider)
Timesheet Chasing, including verifying hours, sick etc.
Posting Timesheets
Monthly Pension payment
Monthly PAYE, CIS payments
Monthly EPS
Yearly P11Ds
Process tax information (P45s, P60s)
Vehicle information reporting
Answering and directing all telephone calls via Microsoft Teams.
Data entry using the accounting package Netsuite. This will predominately be helping enter purchase invoices, but this could change/expand as directed.
Matching payments to invoices via Netsuite.
Making sure that credit card holders complete their credit card expenses in a timely manner.
All Direct Debit related invoices have been received and processed for the month.
Processing of some internal revenue journals.
Re-ordering stationary as required and maintaining sufficient stock levels including toner for x2 photocopiers.
Re-ordering and maintaining sufficient levels of kitchen essentials (milk, tea, coffee, kitchen towel, hand soaps etc.)
Taking ownership of all parcels delivered to the Greenwich site.
Opening and the distribution of post.
Meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
