**Description**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy and expanding Corporate Finance team as a Partner at our offices on Bennett’s Hill in Birmingham.

Our Corporate Finance team has a strong track record of advising on high value and complex Corporate Transactions for a wide breadth of clients ranging from owner managed businesses, to large UK and overseas listed corporates.

This role presents an excellent and exciting opportunity for a driven individual to progress their career and shape the future of the Firms West Midlands Corporate Finance offering.

This role reports directly to the Head of Corporate Finance and will work closely with colleagues in the Corporate Finance Team across the Birmingham & East Midlands based offices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Flint Bishop Corporate Team based in the West Midlands.
- Lead on a wide range of Corporate matters, with a focus on high value transactional work.
- Build strong relationships with Intermediaries, colleagues in the Corporate Team, clients and other supporting departments within the firm.
- Mentor and supervise junior members of the Corporate Team;
- Promote the visibility and reputation of the Corporate Team and supporting departments of the firm, by attending and organising the firms own Business Development initiatives.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
You Will:

- Have 5 plus years PQE working within a busy corporate team, working on your own transactions and also experience in supporting others on transactions.
- Possess excellent client care and communication skills.
- Have a passion for Business development.
- Be a highly-motivated individual with the ability to work cohesively as part of a larger team.
- Disclosure will be required in the event that a position is offered._
