Customer Support Administrator

An exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator, working with a busy, growing company that specialises in building and facilities management.
After winning a couple of local, long term contracts, we are looking to expand our team.
We are looking for a Customer Support Administrator who will be motivated to provide great customer and client support, an excellent telephone manner, as well as excellent IT skills. You must be able to work accurately under pressure, whilst remaining calm and courteous.
**The Role**
As our new support, you will be expected to:
- Call tenants to book in engineer appointments.
- Answer incoming calls from tenants and engineers, helping with queries.
- Maintain a diary to ensure promises and follow-ups are actioned, ensuring contract compliance.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence.
- Work collaboratively with team
To be considered for our support roll, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Able to make and take numerous calls per day
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Would be nice but not essential to have an understanding of general property maintenance
- An ability and desire to work on own initiative and prioritise workload without supervision, within a chaotic business environment
- Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
- Strong written/communication skills, being able to articulate key points to ensure clarity.
- Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,500.00-£25,500.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
