The position of Sourcing Specialist helps lead and deliver key sourcing projects within their category of responsibility. Managing different levels of complexity and Business needs, with a focus on the Professional Services and Marketing category, you will be responsible for driving breakthrough results for Direct Line Group.

**What you'll be doing**:

- As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of Sourcing projects across Professional Services and Marketing, including leading on end-to-end RFI/RFP's, and commercial and contractual negotiations.
- As a key member of the Professional Services and Marketing procurement and supply chain team, you'll also support on Strategic category wide projects and work with key partners across the organisation.
- You will join at an exciting time in the organisation, where you will help develop category strategies, bringing together supplier, competitor and industry knowledge, and working to identify and lead opportunities that deliver commercial benefit.

**What you'll need**:

- You will have business awareness with procurement experience of Contracting, Financial Management and market analysis.

- Support development of sourcing and negotiation plans.
