**About the role**

We are looking for a Post Room Operative to support our inbound mail operation, taking on all responsibilities across the Post Room function, including Mail Sorting, Receiving Deliveries, Courier Services and supporting general mail room enquiries from departmentsacross the business. This is a fixed term position for a minimum of 3 months with the potential to extend for up to 6 months.

**What you'll be doing**
- Receiving Deliveries of all sizes - including the use of pallet trucks
- Sorting company post into various departments
- Assisting with basic Facilities tasks
- Responding to queries from business departments
- Assisting with post enquires

**About you**
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs or O Levels at Grade C or above
- Basic computer literacy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and work to tight deadlines

**Working Schedule**

This role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL.

6.00am - 12.30pm Monday - Friday

32.5 hours a week
