At The Peartree Kindergarten, we’re dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of children. As an early years educator, your responsibilities will include:
1. **High Standards of Care**:Providing excellent physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for all children in your charge.

At The Peartree Kindergarten, you’ll find a supportive team and a warm, homely atmosphere where you can truly make a difference. We’re seeking kind, caring, and committed individuals who are passionate about empowering children’s learning and development to their fullest potential.

Our settings will have their own unique features but will share the same core values and ethos—working together to inspire the children and families within our community. Children remain at the core of everything we do, so we seek individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and dive in; from forest school one day to astronaut adventures the next, no two days are alike

Our focus is on fostering children’s confidence and self-esteem through both child led and themed experiences, emphasising communication and language in a natural and calm environment. Whether you’re just starting your childcare career or have years of experience, we’ll support you in taking on new opportunities and achieving excellence.

**Our Team**

At The Peartree Kindergarten, we’ve carefully cultivated a friendly and reflective culture with a family-oriented atmosphere. Our people are the driving force behind our success.
