WHAT AWAITS YOU?

As the Dynamic Auditor your primary responsibility will consist of auditing series and pre series engines in line with department and group processes and procedures by highlighting issues with the engines as they occur.
You will be responsible for analysing test result data and using this to understand process stability and as a tool in the problem investigation process.
Maximising facility efficiency is an integral part of this role by ensuring flexibility between engine derivatives and cells.
Part of your remit will include developing the correct investigation steps when faults are identified and understanding their severity to inform the relevant process partners.
Adaption to new processes is crucial to support the selection of engines and optimising capacity of the test bed.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
Ideally completed a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent in a manufacturing / engineering or related discipline.
Experience of operating engine test cells and ancillary equipment as well as Dynamic Engine Audit experience is advantageous.
A broad knowledge of engine manufacture and investigation and operation within an engine function is important.
Mechanical engineering knowledge combined with an understanding of the Problem Resolution Process is desirable
IT literature with the ability to review, input and interpret data accurately and meaningfully and the ability to use complex engine test software and associated equipment.
