Hotel Night Porter

**We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Porter (Night Shifts) at Rose & Crown Hotels Ltd.**
- Expert all-rounders helping to fulfil many different roles whilst on shift.
- Assist guests with luggage as and when required.
- Responsible for cleaning, setting up and maintaining all public areas throughout the hotel to the agreed standards.
- Anticipate guests’ needs, wherever possible, in order to deliver exceptional quality of service and, in turn, exceed guest expectations.
- Assist with food preparation in the kitchen area.
- Preparation and delivery of room service orders throughout the night to the correct company standard.
- Ensure that your dress, appearance, personal hygiene and behaviour are in line with the company standard at all times.
- Promote a helpful and professional image ensuring full cooperation is given to colleagues in all other departments.
- Ensure that the agreed standards of service, cleanliness and security are maintained in all areas.
- Ensure you perform all Restaurant and Reception duties to the required standards.
- Follow the Company and Hotel policy relating to guest comments and complaints.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
