Reactive Recruitment are working with a NI leading business heading into a new phase of their expansion plans to conquer their market are seeking to recruit a number of Machine Operators on a full-time permanent basis to assist them in their quest for success.

You will be given continuous training & development to support their skilled & highly functioning engineering team across their production lines, ancillary equipment & production machinery to ensure that materials, process and products meet their high standard & specs.

**You will look after**
- Set up and control of production machinery.
- Maintaining production processes.
- Ensuring product conformance, dealing with non-conformance.
- Supporting continuous improvements.

**Criteria**:

- 2+ years’ experience operating production machinery within a highly regulated manufacturing industry
- Flexible for rotational shifts
