**The role**
We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our social impact within Partnerships and Social Values.
This is a hybrid working role (Minimum two days in the office) which can be based from our offices in Croydon, Farrington, Sittingbourne or Sussex.
Within this role you will be responsible for coordination of projects and activities which achieve social value leverage and resident opportunities via Southern Housing supply chain and partner businesses.
You will work closely with Procurement, Assets, Development & Construction Teams identify and deliver residents’/ participants’ opportunities.
Devise and deliver and annual programme of projects and activities in consultation with the Head of Partnerships and New Business.
Take responsibility for, plan and deliver allocated projects, ensuring that performance targets, milestones and standards of excellence in the delivery are achieved. To develop innovative and effective ways of promoting and providing local initiatives to residents and employers in partnership with local organisations.

**What you’ll need**
- Senior level understanding of Social Impact and Social Value - service development and resources for young persons’ support; health & wellbeing support services; community services, community assets or social enterprise management
- Project or contract management experience is beneficial to this role
- Graduate or similar level professional work experience.
- Demonstrable experience of effective negotiating and influencing, leading and managing multiple workstreams and tasks.
- Understanding and experience of new business development for a customer service area (charity or similar community, training, learning service, community facilities).
- High quality communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to start and maintain effective partnerships
- Excellent monitoring, reporting and numerical skills
