**Essential**:Experienced in team management, coordinating training needs and supervision, supporting adults with a neurological diagnosis / ABI and complex needs.
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Days & Hours**:Mixture of shifts totalling to 36.75 hours per week and an additional 5 hours for admin duties. 8.00am to 8.15pm or 8.15pm to 8.00am. Total working week: 41.75 hours

**About this client/child**:
Mary is in her late 60’s, lives with her husband in Ealing. She enjoys attending social events, feeling part of her local community, planning trips, and getting out and about; this is a main aspect of the role for all team members. Mary is supported by a teamof carers providing 24/7, 2:1 support that includes waking and on call night support. Mary has an acquired brain injury (ABI) that affects her speech, cognition, and mobility. Mary requires assistance with all aspects of her life including mobility (all transfers),feeding, personal care and coordinating all medical support.
**Overview of role**:
As Mary’s Deputy Care Team Leader, you will work closely with her Case Manager, Team Leader, and her multidisciplinary team. Your role will include hands-on care including personal care, medication administration, implementing therapies, and the general coordinationof care. You will assist the Team Leader to complete administrative tasks and manage the care team, including induction, supervision, training, and performance management, as required. You will be responsible for, petty cash, monitoring carer notes, auditingmedication stock, ensuring all equipment is in working order, manage any health and safety risks with the support of the case management and write monthly update reports.Day, Waking Night, and On-Call Nights 8.00am to 8.15pm and 8.00pm to 8.15am. Flexibilityessential to work a mixture of days, nights, and weekends.

An experienced, hardworking, and organised Deputy Care Team Leader, with previous experience leading and managing care teams. You will be robust, resourceful, and committed. Excellent communication, delegation and time management skills and computer literacyare all essential for this position.
