**Salary: £35,000 per annum**
**Overview**:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson on behalf of one of our clients.
**Duties and Responsibilities for the Multi-Skilled Tradesperson**:

- Providing extensive range of multi-trade & carpentry skills to support mechanical & electrical project work at various commercial buildings and facilities.
- Carrying out PAT testing, fire alarm testing and compliance check services on a regular basis.
- Conducting commercial surveys of heating, ventilation, boiler and plant rooms for company bids and tenders.

Skills and Qualifications for the Multi-Skilled Tradesperson:

- Multi-trade experience at professional level
- Good knowledge of general building practice
- Good knowledge of carpentry, tiling, patch repairs, flooring, painting and decorating.
