An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Reception Concierge to join our team at Mac Dental,

MAC Dental employs team members who understand the importance of great customer care who can thrive in a busy team environment. Our patient journey is very important to us. We are a mixed practice offering NHS and Private Dental treatments such as Implants, Short Term Ortho and smile makeovers.

You must be well presented and able to deal with face2face interactions. A good level of experience and understanding of high Patient Expectations and ability to excel in Patient satisfaction.

Salary depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- employed: 8 years (preferred)
