**Cleaning Supervisor - evenings Monday to Friday 6pm to 9pm**
Location: LU2

£11.90 per hour - 15h a week

Applicants must have the following:
**Key Responsibilities**:
MUST have experience in Commercial cleaning;
Have traceable references;
Be attentive to detail;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Ability to work effectively under pressure;
Flexible with a willingness to learn;
Must be able to work on own initiative;
Have a knowledge of Health and Safety including RAMS;
Have knowledge of colour coding and COSHH;
Be reliable and professional with excellent timekeeping;
DBS Required and paid for by the company;
IT Skills - weekly audits to be completed;
**Main Responsibilities**:
Ensure the highest standards are achieved during the evening shift leading a team of 5 operatives;
Proactive to deal with reactive jobs;
Organise daily tasks that may change on a daily basis due to business needs.

Promote a culture where wastage is kept to a minimum.

Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are stored correctly.

Ensure all tea stations are clean and tidy and well stocked for the following day;
Physically demanding as may be assisting in moving chairs and tables to help set up for events for the following day;
Stock taking on weekly basis;
Orders of consumables/janitorial to be placed with Service Manager

Check equipment to ensure they are PAT tested and working correctly;

Clean up Auditorium and other meeting room/areas;
IT Skills - weekly audits to be completed.

Report directly to Service Manager in case any issues arise;
Time and Attendance system to be used;
Report any building issues to Security.
