What will the apprentice be doing?
- Supporting and leading the delivery of Physical Education and Sports Coaching across year groups.
- Supporting our pastoral team.
- Leading a sensory circuits intervention throughout the day, as well as break and lunch supervision.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Opportunity to obtain a L4 School Sports Coach apprenticeship with PEAK apprenticeships. This will involve the apprentice having face to face tutoring sessions fortnightly as well as coaching support during the week based in Blyth.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Employment with PEAK as a Physical Education Co-ordinator.
- Employment within a school as a school sports coach.

The role is based at 36 hours per week

This is an apprenticeship role. Pay starts at £5.28 per hour and rises to national minimum wage after 12 months.
