**_ABOUT THE ROLE:_**

**As a Talent Acquisition Specialist**:

- You will create internal/external talent pools for positions with niche/specialist skillsets
- You will work closely with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, as well as gain an understanding of requirements for each role and department
- You will represent the company through various online channels and at external recruitment events, as well as attend meetings at the company’s offices in Poole, Dorset and London

**Salary**:You will receive a basic salary up to £45,000 pa plus 15% bonus on top.

**Flexibility/WFH**:You can work flexibly and remotely from home 4 days per week (1 day per week at the office in Poole, Dorset), giving you that all-important work-life balance where you can spend more time with your family, on your personalwellbeing, or whatever is important to you - and less time travelling to an office (Some travel within the UK to various recruitment events will also be required from time to time.)

**_THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:_**
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience and success in a talent acquisition or recruitment consultant role, ideally within a busy internal talent team or within a recruitment agency
- Be experienced in building and planning recruitment talent pipelines
- Be proficient in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other social media/professional networks, CV databases, and documenting recruitment processes
- Have a good understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion
