The job will include answering incoming telephone calls to the claims department, which should be answered in a prompt and professional manner. Qualify the incoming call and obtain the relevant information from the caller. Ensure all claims handled are processed within the terms and conditions as per the warranty.

Essential Requirements:

- High level of Motor Vehicle technical knowledge.
- Excellent PC skills including MS Office.

Attributes required:

- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with difficult and sometimes upset or frustrated warranty holders and repairers.
- High level of technical knowledge of motor vehicles, with the ability to be able to communicate this knowledge between the warranty holders with little or no technical knowledge in a manner which the warranty holder will be able to understand
- A professional telephone manner when dealing with all telephone calls and able to demonstrate integrity, discretion and objectivity
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Strong numerical skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, treating customers fairly must always be considered when dealing with warranty holders.
- Respect for confidential information and understanding of data protection
