Overview:
We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer/Improver to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, and other projects. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a hands-on role. This is a self-employed role with no fixed hours, rates of pay depending on experience to be paid monthly tax deducted through CIS scheme.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license is a plus (Be able to have transport to Long Sutton every work day)
