A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time experienced Estate & Letting Agent to join the team.

The role will cover all aspects of sales & lettings administration such as:

- Diary management
- Organising viewings and sending out particulars
- Updating the database and ensuring that all documents are in and filed.
- Preparing correspondence, sending out invoices etc
- Carrying out tenant reference checks
- Dealing with tenant enquiries
- Dealing with maintenance issues and arranging repairs and contractors
- Carry out viewings, inspections etc as and when required

Previous experience of the above duties is essential, and you will be confident when working in a fast paced and busy office unsupervised.
- Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of carrying out duties such as rent increase notices, notice to leave, abandonment procedures etc.
- Knowledge of sales process
- Good geographical knowledge
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Flexible approach to working practices
- Awareness of client confidentiality and data protection
- Logical thinker
- Excellent IT skills and able to use hand-held devices
- Clean and current driving license

Hours: 37 hours per week.

Mon: 9.30 - 5.30pm

Tue: 9.30 - 5.30pm

Wed: 9.30 - 5.30pm

Thursday: 9.30 - 5.30pm

Friday: 9.30 - 5pm

**Salary**: £18,750.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Letting Agent: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
