Spa Receptionist

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our award winning team working on our Spa & Leisure Reception where excellent standards of customer service are paramount.

Additional can do attitude to help with other areas of the business including our busy Leisure lounge, Spa afternoon tea area is essential.

To deliver exceptional levels of customers service to hotel guests and leisure club members at all times.
- To be polite and courteous to hotel guests and members at all times
- To relay all messages to the appropriate person quickly and effectively
- Take phone enquiries and beauty booking as and when required
- To potentially serve food and drink to guest and members
- To be efficient and proactive
- To be computer literate

To follow correct health and safety procedures at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

- Accrington: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
