Medical Receptionist

This position can either be filled by 1 person or 2 people job sharing for a total of 24 hours per week. You will be working within our reception team and front-line clinical staff and doctors to support the delivery of the highest quality primary care, more specifically as a medical receptionist you will be responsible for helping to man a friendly but effective front-line contact for our patients, you will be expected to deal with our patients appropriately with excellent communication skills, be warm, friendly and empathic but also be able to influence and negotiate with patients when needed.
