Cashroom Assistant

Salary will be dependent on experience.

Duties will include:

- 1. Posting Client and Office account transactions firm’s accounting system (LawWare)

2. Bank Payments and transfers between account

3. Monitoring Debit/ Credit Balances on client ledgers

4. Reconciling bank statement

5. Reconciling invested funds

6. Taking card payments on machine and recording on case management system

7. Covering for cashier for holidays and other absences

8. Liaising with fee earners and support staff

9. Ad-hoc duties as required
