We’re currently looking for highly capable staff for our Beachy Head and Litlington clubhouses. We deliver fantastic customer service and great coffee and food to our customers. Situated on the iconic Beachy Head, our new site promises to be an exciting and busy flagship location.

What we are looking for
- Confident, friendly and outgoing character

- Commitment to outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of coffee making principles, equipment and milk preparation
- Good working knowledge of equipment, with maintenance skills
- Well organised and responsible for time management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Provide first-class customer experience across both camping and cycle hub sides of the site
- Ensuring site is clean and tidy
- Helping guests by suggesting local attractions, walking/cycling routes and places to eat (local knowledge a bonus)
- To work in partnership with the Cafe manager to ensure the site and team run smoothly
- Ensure budgets are maintained

**Requirements**:

- Previous food & beverage customer service experience
- Barista experience is desirable, but not essential (we can provide training)
- Current First Aid & Food Hygiene certificates are a bonus
- Willingness to work weekends and bank holidays
