- Salary of £26,750 - £28,900
- Full-time position (36 hours)
- Play a crucial part in assisting and assessing apprentices with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, promoting their independence, access to learning, and integration at the College for off-the-job training and workplace development
- Arrange meetings with instructional staff to deliberate on the practical, training, and study tasks to be performed, and devise a strategy for necessary assistance
- Cultivate positive connections with apprentices, setting an example and staying attuned to individual needs, responding appropriately
- Advocate for the inclusion and embrace the diversity of all apprentices, fostering their interactions with peers while also encouraging independent actions when suitable

**A bit about you**
- You will hold a Level 2 Certificate in Learning Support, Health & Social Care, Health Care or equivalent qualification
- You will have experience of working with people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities including ASD, MLD, SLD and PMLD
- You'll have a passion for helping students and young people achieve their best
