**We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and energetic Receptionist to be apart of our new team.**

BigShots Golf is a high tech, maximum fun, total entertainment experience. The newest contender in the UK’s competitive socialising industry, we are set to revolutionise the market with state of the art digital ball tracking technology for advanced game play. We pride ourselves on the quality of our food and service, demanding the highest standard of excellence throughout our business.

**The Role**:
A receptionist is a part of the front of house team and engages with the guests early in their guest experience. It is essential in this role to provide a warm welcome and ensure all guests are treated professionally. It is important to understand the whole business and the daily events to be able to answer any questions guests may have. This role is responsible for but is not limited to, providing a high standard of service, prioritising tasks, upselling, accurate organisation, reservations, and cash management.
- Experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not necessary
- Be able to work as part of a team, delivering consistent customer service with an attention to detail even when under pressure.
- Ability to sell and upsell
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
