All new build private residential houses. Sites located in Antrim and belfast areas.

Owns tools and transport is a MUST or can be collected on route, van leaving Dungiven.

Must have experience reading drawings, first and second fixing new build houses to a high standard.

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with clients to determine their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Read blueprints and specifications to understand the layout of plumbing systems
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and ensure proper functioning
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning plumbing fixtures
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and electricians, to complete projects on time

- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
