**Webchat Sales Advisor**

**Location**: Crewe, Cheshire

**Type**: Permanent

**Hours**: Full Time, Monday to Friday 08:50am - 17:20pm, with an unpaid 30 minute lunch break and 2 paid 15 minute breaks each day.

The company has recently diversified into the supply of 3D products such as 3D printers, filaments and parts to the UK market, which is based on the Group’s already strong 3D ecommerce presence in the Netherlands.

**Summary of Role**:
Our Webchat Sales Advisors are there to lend a helping hand for customers, to guide them to make the best selection for their needs. You will assist customers via our webchat function with product queries or direct them to the right department, as necessary. You will use your skills to advise customers on our products and your interactions will help the customer to make a suitable decision and complete sales orders. Sometimes, additional assistance may be necessary, and you would arrange a call back to support our customer’s requirements.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to customers via webchat, discuss the suitability of our products and provide accurate information that will help our customers to complete their order.
- Follow a structured conversation flow to uncover the customers’ needs and challenges.
- Deliver a prompt, polite and professional service in line with our key behaviours and values.
- Schedule call backs for our customers in line with set Key Performance Indicators.
- Use our CRM & other systems to aid in keeping track of opportunities and measuring success and resolving queries.
- Work together with senior leaders and other colleagues across the business to support colleagues and share best practices.
- One year or more of sales or lead generation experience, whether face to face or over the phone
- Webchat experience
- Experience of working in a competitive and target driven position
- Telesales experience, where key performance indicators (KPI) determine success
- Dialler system experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Experience of using CRM systems to capture notes and feedback from all customer interactions
