**Global Supply Planning Lead (Oncology)**

**Introduction to Role**:
Join us as a Global Supply Planning Lead (Oncology), a key member of the Global Supply Network Planning Leadership Team. In this role, you will lead a team of Global Brand Planners (GBPs), ensuring effective end-to-end supply planning for the tactical horizon, balancing service, inventory, and cost. This role is pivotal in designing and leading the Oncology Therapeutic Area (TA) Sales & Operations Planning forum, a network of Senior Leaders focused on connecting the TA / Brand Strategy to the Tactical Planning horizon embracing an enterprise approach.

**Accountabilities**:
As a Global Supply Planning Lead, you will lead and mentor a team of Globally-based GBPs, act as the initial escalation point for unresolved mid-term supply constraints, and ensure service risks are mitigated. You will also be accountable for driving end-to-end planning and synchronisation capability uplift. You will play a key leadership role in budget processes for volume and inventory in the mid-term horizon, working closely with Global Supply Chain and Strategy LT on messaging and risks. You will track actual inventory performance versus planned inventory/budget and progress on improvements for the brands within your portfolio and ensure corrective actions are in place.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- A degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Sciences or Engineering is preferred, equivalent experience will be taken into account.
- Strong experience in the Supply Chain Environment (Manufacturing, Planning) and Sales & Operations Planning process
- Experience with new biologic modalities such as ADCs (Antibody Drug Conjugates) and Bispecific monoclonal antibody
- Strong experience of leading and mentoring a team
- Extensive influencing and networking ability to a Senior level
- Ability to think creatively
- Advanced Supply Chain (inventory and capacity) planning skills

**Desirable Skills/Experience**:

- Commercial experience
- APICS / CSCP or equivalent certification
- Lean certification
