We are recruiting for a reuse business support administrator, based full time at our warehouse in Daventry with occasional field work.

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**
- Making prospective supporter phone calls and follow up calls
- Identify, research & generate new clothing bank locations
- Source, scope & develop multi-site partnerships
- Reporting to management and providing support to the Reuse Clothing Bank Team
- Processing, editing, and formatting reports and documents. Maintaining databases.
- Support the preparation of and follow up of events. Including occasional attendance to support the team
- Support in the creation of any marketing materials required relating to events

**Person Specification**
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner
- Excellent communication and English language skills, both oral and written
- Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organised able to multitask

**Experience**

**Essential**:

- Highly competent (and confident) in making external phone calls
- Use own initiative and manage own workloads through effective prioritising and time management
- Corresponding both in person and over the telephone with people at all levels, including managers, team and customers

**Desirable**:

- Event and Marketing experience
- Experience working on projects to a timely manner
- Sales experience advantageous
