**About us**
Alsop and Walker Cheese is a small business in Cross in Hand. We are agile but demanding, We have been established for 18 years producing 12 different artisan cheeses to supply to shops restaurants and online orders. The job is physically demanding requireing a reasonable level of fitness; the cheese weighs upto 25 kilos. The job entails starting at 6.00am with occasional Saturday or Sunday work, although any work done at the weekend is normally no more than three hours.
Training would be given and no previous food work experience is require.
