Key responsibilities
- Support the HR administration function with the monthly reporting cycle, provide pre-payroll support, advise heads of departments, as you will receive queries and assist in all on-boarding functions.
- Support the talent acquisition function and new streams of it, pro-actively engage with stakeholders within the target talent pool.
- Support the upskilling and training of team members through a variety of means, including training delivery.
- Support the HODs in conducting investigation meetings and disciplinary hearings and ensure any correspondence is completed and issued within departmental deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with our Human Resources guidelines, policies and procedures, as well as employment law, rules and regulations.
- Participate and organise employee engagement activities for the hotel
- Be an integral part of the on-property teams to understand support needs and able to act on them with the support of the wider HR team.

About you
- 2 years of previous experience within Human Resources in hospitality is essential.
- Able to connect positively and engage with colleagues in the HR function as well as other departments and hotels' teams.
- Have a growing understanding of Employee Relations and confident with the everyday practice of UK law relating to HR.
- Impeccable communication skills through a variety of means
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapting your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasks
- Exceptional organisation and planning skill. High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have a passion for Human Resources and desire to make a positive impact.
