**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will also get involved in projects including recruitment events and referral schemes. This will also include arranging the starter paperwork, arranging training requirements including inductions, along with supporting the HR team on various other tasks.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous experience within a high volume fast-paced end to end recruitment process
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing recruitment needs.
- Review skillsets and be able to find fits within the business for those skillsets.
- Organisational and time management skills
- Experience using ATS or CMS
- Right to work check experience
