It’s an incredibly exciting time for Opteran as we are about to launch our new product into the Market.

As the first Marketing hire, this role will be key in executing the GTM strategy as well as adjusting this as we start to scale and build out our position in the market.

**In the first 6-12 months you will**:

- Deliver annual/quarterly Go-to-Market Plans, including Marketing budget
- Deliver a clearly defined, middle-funnel Product Marketing activities
- Collateral: Produce Product Marketing collateral for external share & events
- Day-to-day manage website, social media pages & all outbound communication channels
- Event management
- Manage ABM campaigns with aim to drive pipeline
- Establish wider Brand including Content Plan

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with commercial and product leads to create product marketing plan and content to support account based marketing and broader awareness
- Manage website, social media and other outbound communication channels inline with the plan
- Work closely with the CEO, Chief Product Officer and Commercial Director plus the rest of the Senior Leadership team in devising and executing on the GTM strategic plan
- Responsible for devising and implementing programs / campaigns to build awareness and excitement of the Opteran product, across the whole customer journey
- Manage all multitouch ABM campaigns, as set out in the planDevise quarterly marketing plans linked to the wider GTM
- Jointly with the Product team, build on the brand strategy, identity, messaging and positioning
- Define and re-defining the ICP, and assist the Product team in building out buyer personas
- Event planning and participation inline with the plan
- Manage all external agency consultancy work e.g. Brand, Copywriting, PR, Web, Social

**The Company**:
After 8 years of research, Opteran has pioneered brain biomimicry - the ability to understand real brains and re-engineer them. Starting with how insect brains see, avoid collisions, navigate and make decisions, reproducing these biological systems so efficiently they run on low-end silicon to enable machines to behave more naturally. Providing an alternative to current photogrammetry and DL approaches, this has broken through today's limitations; not only is it small, lightweight and ultra-low powered, it is orders of magnitude more robust and is also verifiable, is edge only and does not require data. We call it ‘natural intelligence’.
