**About the Opportunity**

The Area Integration Lead will ensure that there is a recommended sequence of installation of all scope across multiple contracts within their designated area; from manufacturing completion through to site construction, erection and commissioning which supports schedule integration. This will involve:

- conducting integrated and cross-cutting coordination reviews of construction preparation,
- looking at arrangements in detail from wider perspectives to provide oversight,
- ensuring pre-requisites, dependencies and constraints are managed in a balanced and integrated approach to ensure the activities on the site run safely and smoothly and in accordance with the project schedule.

The Area Integration Lead’s primary objective will be to identify and eliminate issues to fully de-risk site activities. This will involve interfacing with the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Area Multi-Disciplinary Teams on the HPC project. The analysis horizon of the Area Integration Lead must go beyond current on-going activities on the HPC Site and will include all relevant work to be completed through to the Commercial Operation Date(s).

The Area Integration Lead will be required to use 3D and/or 4D tools, such as Navisworks and/or Synchro, and manage data via databases or PowerBI.

The Area Integration Lead will report to the Area Integration Manager.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Extensive experience in delivering highly complex projects.
- Experience operating in a high security environment advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of programme progress and forecast position and planning.
- Experience and understanding of working in a Nuclear and Safety Quality Culture.
- Understanding and awareness of working in a highly regulated environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and in an integrated team environment.
- Management of strategic planning, developing construction sequences and recovery plans.
- Good working knowledge of commercial principles affecting construction matters.
- Motivational approach and the ability to energise team members by building a climate of trust and understanding.
- Awareness of project change control and risk management processes.
- Extensive working knowledge in the delivery of large complex construction projects.
