We have a role for an **experienced Optical Assistant** who would like the opportunity to further develop their existing skillset and continue to learn and grow within this field.

As Clinic Supervisor you will be an important figure to how the shop floor is run. You will be ensuring customers visiting the store are seen quickly, maintaining a smooth experience.

As this is a job in retail healthcare there won’t be another opportunity on the high street to earn as much money or gain as much experience than this one.

You will be joining a company that are continuously looking to help develop your knowledge, presenting opportunities to have a successful, long-term career within the optics industry.

You will be working closely with the store manager to ensure daily clinics are set up and running effectively whilst being involved in reviewing how clinics are run daily and help to identify any issues that may arise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Performance bonus
