- _Maintain dialogue with the client and highlight challenges in a timely manner._
- _Identify disputed invoices and help to ensure timely resolution._
- _Reconciliation - Ability to analyze and reconcile customers’ accounts._
- _Support team leader with regular updates and ad-hoc support._
- _Support team as required for back up and ad-hoc tasks._
- _Maintain strong customer relationships and help to coordinate follow up actions from any challenges raised by the customer._
