SVP, Global Product Management - Digital Labs

The Mastercard Consulting team is a key revenue generator and differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end data-driven solutions for a diverse global customer base.

This role is responsible for Global Product Management of the Digital Labs Practice Group within the Mastercard Consulting Product organization. This includes:

- Full P&L ownership
- Determining and driving forward the Digital Labs Practice Consulting agenda and product road map
- Fostering nascent products (i.e. Innovation launchpads) and build from scratch new ones (i.e. Digital-first design) by organic growth or external acquisitions
- Aligning with D&S Segment leads, D&S Product Development and with the broader MA teams to identify future customer needs and build relevant end-to-end offerings
- Developing products which deliver a clear and measurable impact to our clients and to MA
- Ensuring successful GTM of the products through Mastercard’s sales teams
- Ensuring flawless delivery of the products and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our customer relationships
- Partnering with the Delivery team to build delivery capabilities to staff projects

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountability and end-to-end responsibility for delivering top and bottom-line success for the Advisors Consulting, Digital Labs Practice globally
- Effectively build and prioritize the product road map
- Provide expert sales support and ensure close partnership with the Sales team so they are fully equipped to sell the products
- Lead, manage & develop a global team of product managers to drive capabilities, create development and career plans and stimulate a culture of high performing teamwork
- Build strong relationships across Mastercard at all levels
- Incorporate a Product Management discipline
- Ensure our solutions remain market leading/competitive
- Align regional requirements with product roadmap
- Managing relationships with a number of key start-up partners

Key attributes/skills needed
- BA degree (or equivalent) is required. MBA or MA is preferred.
- 10-15 years work experience and strong background in top Consulting firm
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent understanding of the “Fintech” / Digital and Innovation industry
- Ability to understand the real customer pain points and articulate clear solutions for these customers
- Financial Understanding - Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data from financial systems, as well as the ability to execute a business case.
- An internal drive to exceed goals, change corporate paradigms, invent new strategies, and continually strive for career advancement
- Experience with large group dynamics and proven relationship skills. Strong influencing skills.
- Prior experience leading teams and interacting with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across the globe
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation skills.
